Serving property owners and investors across Franklin, Licking, Delaware, and Darke Counties

Process

From first look to ongoing stewardship.

The path is short on purpose: understand the property, set it up cleanly, then run the work on a consistent cadence.

  1. 01

    Rental analysis

We review the property, the current terms if it is occupied, and what a responsible plan looks like from here.

  2. 02

    Onboarding

Accounts, keys, utilities, existing leases, and vendor relationships are gathered so management can begin cleanly.

  3. 03

    Placement or transition

Vacant homes are listed and screened. Occupied homes stay on a documented path with the current resident.

  4. 04

    Ongoing stewardship

Leasing, maintenance coordination, renewals, communication, and reporting run on a consistent cadence.

After onboarding

The work does not pause when the lease is signed.

Maintenance coordination, renewals, owner reporting, and documentation continue for as long as we manage the home. That is the difference between placing a resident and managing a property.

Next step

Request a rental analysis before you decide.

Share the property. We will review the situation and talk through how management would work.
